$5K Touchdown Thrown

After success with a $5,000 Field Goal kick challenge for several years, Forward Bank switched up the contest to a $5,000 Touchdown Throw in 2018. Each fan at participating High School Football games is eligible to attempt the $5,000 touchdown throw into a 32-gallon barrel sitting on the goal line of the end zone. The lucky participant is selected at random from the crowd to attempt the throw from the 15-yard line and has two attempts. If successful, the passer receives $2,500 and $2,500 is donated to the athletic program on their behalf. If the throw is not made, a check of $250 is made to the hosting school to support their athletic department.

$5K Half Court Shot

In the winter, Forward Bank walks off the field and into the gyms of several local high schools to set up for the $5,000 Half Court Shot. Each fan in attendance is entered into a random drawing for the shot. If selected, the person has two chances to shoot a basket from half court. If the shot is successful, they win $2,500 for themselves and $2,500 for the school! If the shot is not made, a check of $250 is made to the hosting school to support their athletic department.

$5K Shot On Goal

Forward Bank also takes their $5,000 challenge to the ice in areas with hockey programs. Each fan in attendance is entered into a random drawing for the shot. If selected, the person has two chances to make a shot-on-goal through the Forward target from the center line. If the shot is successful, they win $2,500 for themselves and $2,500 for the school! If the shot is not made, a check of $250 is made to the hosting school to support their athletic department.
