Customers are only allowed one free cashier’s check per day; any checks beyond one per day are purchased for $4.00 per check.

Remember when you purchase a cashier’s check you are required to have the following information:

• the payee (or who the check is being made out to)
• the dollar amount
• and any desired remitter (or memo information).

To place a stop payment on a check, log into online or mobile banking, and select "Stop Payment." You may also visit or call a location near you. Stop payments cost $30.00 per stop placed.

Be sure to look at your account history and stop payment history in online banking to be sure the check has not already been sent through the system and cleared your account, or been stopped prior to your current actions

We offer foreign currency orders and exchanges for customers only. Our correspondent bank, Bankers' Bank, determines the exchange rate. It may take 3-5 days for delivery and credits to process; we can order for next day delivery for an additional fee. The fee is $15.00 for orders and exchanges.

Money orders are withdrawn from the customer’s account, and can be purchased with a $4.00 fee per money order. We sell money orders to customers only and they can be made out for any denomination up to $5000.00.

Visa^® Gift Cards can be purchased for $3.95 per card from $10.00 up to $500.00, and are good wherever Visa^® is accepted.

We offer our customers a safe way to protect their valuable property with Safe Deposit Boxes. Box rentals are available at the Colby, Greenwood, Marshfield, Medford, Park Falls, Phillips, Stanley, Thorp and Withee Offices.
